Short Term and Respite

At Seaview Residential Home we are able to offer short term care to our residents, this short-term care is also known as respite care. This style of care maybe to help you build yourself up and get on the road to recovery or to give those that care for you at home a break. Respite care can open up a door to new experiences which are enjoyable, this could lead to you visiting Seaview Residential Home for Day care regularly.
Within our respite service we offer residents a friendly and warm environment. They will have their own bedroom with an en suite bathroom, we also offer all 3 meals for the day as well as snacks and drinks in between.
When someone joins us for respite care we aim to provide an all-round service to minimise any additional stress, we are able to carry out all personal care tasks, organise hairdressing appointments in the home and ensure that all the laundry is complete and returned to the individual. If you join us for respite care and enjoy your stay, it does not have to stay as temporary and can become a permanent visit.
If you have specific questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
